What We Do:
Expeditionary Air Services provides civilian, expeditionary access and distribution capabilities in degraded or austere environments. We integrate fixed-wing and rotary airlift, expeditionary civilian Mobile Aerial Port Services, riverine and littoral logistics, and ground distribution to restore mobility and throughput following disasters or in support of government contingency operations. Our teams specialize in rapid deployment, airfield and logistics coordination, and last-mile access where conventional infrastructure is limited or unavailable. Services are delivered under civilian authorities, contract tasking, and Public Aircraft Operations when applicable, enabling flexible, scalable support without creating permanent force structure.
Civilian-provided expeditionary airlift, cargo handling, and airfield services rapidly deployable to forward locations, legally compatible with DoD operations, without permanent force or Title 10 limitations.
Flexible, scalable, civilian logistics support for DoD, allied partners, and contingency operations.
Expeditionary Logistics & Aerial Port Services:
Expeditionary Air Services (EAS) provides rotational, civilian expeditionary logistics and aerial port services to support DoD and allied operations in austere and forward locations. Our teams operate alongside military airlift assets while remaining legally separate and Title 10–free, giving planners the flexibility to deploy capabilities without creating permanent force structure or unit changes.
Expeditionary Aerial Port Services:
Onload/offload support for C-5M, C-17, C-130, and L-100 aircraft
Licensed MHE operators (forklifts, K-loaders, all-terrain forklifts)
Mobile Ground & Airfield Support:
Rapidly deployable ramp and cargo teams.
Forward airfield setup.
Civilian Airlift Augmentation:
Integration with rotational civilian L-100 or other airlift partners.
Legally separate, flexible operational support.
Rapid scalability for surge or contingency operations.
Defense & Government Services:
EAS delivers civilian expeditionary logistics and airfield services in support of U.S. Department of Defense, DLA, FEMA and allied partners. By remaining civilian and Title 10–free, EAS provides rapid, flexible, and reversible logistics augmentation, filling capability gaps without creating permanent force posture changes or command obligations.
DoD retains operational tasking.
EAS personnel perform contracted services only.
Services structured to be Title 10–compatible, legally safe, and fully integrated with military operations.
Why EAS?
Civilian flexibility without permanent force or Title 10 constraints Rapidly deployable and scalable Reduces strain on military manpower.
Legally structured, contract-ready, and operationally credible.
Led by a former USAF MAPS Team Chief with extensive experience managing sustained airlift operations in Latin America, the Balkans, the Middle East, and Africa, Expeditionary Air Services provides civilian aerial port teams that keep cargo moving when demand outpaces manpower.
